The room was well-equipped with iron, fridge, kettle, and dishes. It was also nice and quiet. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing. The staff were helpful and provided a replacement iron.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel in Port Douglas. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided enhanced comfort and made me feel right at home. The gardens were beautifully maintained and the pool was a perfect spot to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The location was also great, with close proximity to popular tourist spots like Daintree, Cape Tribulation, and Mossman Gorge.

Rooms spacious, pool not busy, well-equipped kitchen , washer and dryer in laundry. Helpful, friendly, flexible, and welcoming staff. Lovely comfortable beds. Beautiful garden, close to the center. Good location for trips to Great Barrier Reef, Daintree National Park, and Tjapukai.

Spent Xmas in a lovely spacious room with a well-maintained pool and garden to enjoy. The location was spot on with an easy walk to the beach and local shops and restaurants. The hotel was small so staff paid more attention to guests, making our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight was the barbecue availability and the friendly welcome.

The only thing that could be improved was the lack of free WIFI. It would also have been helpful if the cleaning staff were more diligent about checking the room for additional items like blankets and if there was any mold upon arrival.

had a fabulous long weekend in port douglas. mediterranean exceeded expectations - friendly staff, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a great pool for laps. location was perfect for walking into town with kids. even had secure parking. couldn't have asked for more.
