I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, situated right beside the beach and in the heart of the main township. I loved being able to walk to all the great shops and cafes in just a few minutes. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and valuable information. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including heating and air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The bathroom was huge and the shower was heavenly. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was a wonderful place to stay, offering a great location and excellent service.

Waves was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach and main street. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have a chance to try the complementary breakfast or evening glass of wine, but it was a nice touch. I would definitely stay at Waves again.

Secure premises. Friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee, muffins in the morning, and wine tasting in the evening. Large spacious rooms with good decor and beautiful bathroom with deep soak bath. Plenty of eateries around for all tastes.

The location of the hotel was really convenient and close to everything in the city. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the nearby attractions without needing to use our car. The hotel also had a great facility of secure onsite parking which was a huge plus point. The complimentary items at the reception like muffins, apples and drinks were a nice touch.

The hotel did not have a pool which was a major disappointment for us. We felt like we missed out on the opportunity of relaxing by the pool during our city break.

The room at Waves was spacious and the large balcony was a great addition. We really enjoyed the location, just a short walk from the main strip. The customer service was excellent, and we appreciated the selection of wines in the mini bar. The coffee machine was a nice touch as well.

During our stay, we experienced a minor issue with the freezer, but it was easily fixed. We also spotted a couple of cockroaches in the room, but the surfaces were clean.
