The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, always ready to assist with any needs. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread, which includes freshly cooked eggs and a variety of local delicacies. The highlight, however, is the breathtaking view from our balcony, overlooking the picturesque river and surrounding mountains. Truly a nature lover's paradise.

My stay at Hotel Bristol was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and I loved the convenient location just a short walk from the old bridge. The breakfast spread was delicious and the waiters were attentive. I also appreciated the fantastic view of the Neretva river from my room. it was a pleasure staying at Hotel Bristol.

I stayed at a hotel in Mostar recently and had a really great experience! The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were big and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel was also conveniently located, just a short walk away from the main attractions in the area. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the option to eat outside on the terrace. It was a truly fabulous experience!

While my stay at the hotel was mostly positive, there were a few minor things that I didn't like. there were limited parking spaces available for guests, so I had to pay for parking nearby.

The hotel is located right in the center of the ancient city, with a beautiful view of the river and within close proximity to both the bus and train stations. The rooms are spacious and offer a comfortable stay, with well-functioning showers and toilets. The staff provides friendly and efficient service, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious food options. Additionally, the hotel offers a fridge in the room and a selection of rooms with stunning mountain views.

One downside is that the wifi signal in some rooms is weak.

We had a fantastic stay at Bristol! The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even going as far as calling the bus company and preparing a delicious lunch package for our early departure. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel provided great value for the price, and we particularly enjoyed the stunning views from our balcony. The modern and clean facilities, along with the reliable wifi, made our stay even more enjoyable. Bristol exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, close to the city center and the Old Bridge. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Adna at breakfast, were helpful and friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the river. The breakfast offered a variety of unique and delicious options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we found our stay at Bristol to be a memorable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Well-furnished room with separate living, desk, and sleeping areas. Friendly staff and organized service. Great location in the center but away from noise. Monarchy-style restaurant with delicious sweets and a nice terrace. Inexpensive option with a beautiful view of the river.

Stayed in a clean, nice single room with an option for a duvet. Great location near main busstation, Spanish Sq., Stari Most, and the old town. Helpful receptionist, good breakfast, and beautiful mountain views. Enjoyed the big room with a view of the bridge and mountains. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with bus timetables and providing us with lunch packages when we had to leave early. Large, clean room with comfortable beds. Great value for the money.

We stayed at this place and we loved it! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the ancient city and on the banks of the river. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also loved the outdoor terrace and live entertainment.

Our room was great, spacious and clean with a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff were really welcoming and helpful during our stay. We enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the room and the free Wi-Fi was a major plus. The location was perfect for us, super close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Breakfast was hit or miss with some dishes being underwhelming, but that didn't ruin our stay at all. We also had a few maintenance issues with the room but the staff quickly fixed them.
