Wow, what a view! The breathtaking scenery from our balcony at Grand Hotel was absolutely spectacular. We could have spent hours just sitting there, soaking in the beauty.

We did encounter a minor hiccup during our stay. There was very limited space available, and even the reserved spots were too small.

The room was always clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The highlight for me was the amazing swimming pools, especially for my daughter who was beyond happy. the facilities were great, including the pool, sauna, and gym. The view from the hotel was also breathtaking. The building itself had a modern socialist style that was impressive and worked well even in the 21st century.

The hotel is located in a great spot, near the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Two complementary activities were offered which were really enjoyable. The swimming pools were great and we spent a lot of time relaxing and swimming in them. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

The food at the main restaurant was average and lacked variety. It would have been nice to have more options, especially for vegetarians.

our romantic date at the hotel in neum was a dream. grand hotel exceeded our expectations with its amazing breakfast buffet, convenient location near the pool and beach, and the added bonus of a massage and spa. truly an unforgettable experience.

Gym equipment needs improvement.

The view from the infinity pool on the roof was absolutely breathtaking. We couldn't get enough of the stunning scenery that surrounded us. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering great views from the terrace and infinity pool.

Although the hotel had a lot to offer, there were a few drawbacks. The parking in front of the hotel was full and caused traffic jams, which was quite frustrating.

Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations with its stylish facilities and friendly staff. The ongoing refurbishment is creating cool public spaces such as the lobby, bar, and terrace, as well as the infinity pool and spa area. The large rooms offered a beautiful view of the bay, and the breakfast had a good selection of basics. We enjoyed the indoor pool, which was perfect for lane swimming. Grand Hotel provided a great family experience near the sea.
