The hotel room was beautifully designed with a unique and quirky style. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the center and many cultural attractions. The manager was extremely considerate and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants.

There were a few downsides to our stay. First, the lack of a window in the bathroom was a negative point.

Yuri, the receptionist, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure a great vacation. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The room was stylish and had a comfortable bed. The hotel was clean and well-maintained.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the city center, just off the main pedestrianized area in Central Sofia. The attention to detail in the rooms is outstanding, with each one having a balcony on the first floor. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. What makes this hotel even better is that breakfast is included in the price, which is a great value for money.

We were also pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

There were a few minor shortcomings, such as a leaky shower and the fact that the shower gel and shampoo were not replaced when we ran out. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room did not work well, causing some discomfort during the night.

The modern and stylish hotel was the perfect escape during our city break. The location was fantastic for exploring all the key attractions and sights of the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I loved the little extras like the complimentary wine and candles, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

The process for entering the hotel after 5 pm was a bit confusing as there was no one to open the door, but once we worked out the system it was fine. Parking was also an issue, and we ended up with a clamp on our car, which was stressful and costly.
