The spa was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The apartment was the perfect size for our family. Kids club had great activities.

Located close to the ski slopes, Ruskovets Resort provides easy access to winter sports activities. Guests can also enjoy a meal at the nearby Il Forno restaurant or the Lavender restaurant. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Dobyrsko monastery, which houses an icon of Christ in a rocket. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and the hotel provides excellent service.

I had an amazing stay at a resort in Bansko. The suite was large and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the mountains. The wellness center was excellent, especially the heated pools and saunas. The kids' club had a great animator, and the lady making pizzas was polite and responsive to our requests. The location of the resort was also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I stayed at this hotel during my recent city break and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The location was amazing, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony, restaurant, and spa. The breakfast was delicious, and what I liked most was the complimentary access to the spa center. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was helpful and attentive, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I did have a few complaints. The bedroom was a little dusty, which was noticeable when I used the night light.
