We had a great time exploring the nearby archaeological sites and temples. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was a short ride to both the airport and the Angkor Wat temples. The spacious rooms provided excellent comfort, and the staff's service was top-notch. The breakfast concept was unique, allowing us to select customized meals and reducing food waste. The hotel also offered complimentary pick-up and drop-off services and had convenient tuk-tuks available for transportation. the hotel's facilities and location made our stay enjoyable.

We did notice a lack of hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes, which would have been a small but useful addition to the room.

During my Easter stay, I loved the modern and stunning atmosphere of the hotel. I appreciated the complementary laundry and refreshing welcome coconuts. The location was convenient, as it was situated between the city center and the famous temples. Plus, I enjoyed the amazing breakfast and beautiful pools.

I had to request for a refill of the minibar, but it was free and always replenished upon request. The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak for my liking.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities, ensuring a memorable stay. Upon arrival, a warm welcome and a refreshing drink were provided, setting the tone for exceptional service. The spacious rooms were elegantly decorated with comfortable beds, providing ultimate relaxation. The full-body massages were a highlight, leaving me rejuvenated and pampered. The outdoor swimming pool was stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and beach umbrellas, allowing me to bask in the sun on the terrace. The privacy of the room was advantageous, allowing for a tranquil environment. The restaurant offered delightful poolside snack bar and packed lunches with a variety of special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was the need to request minibar refills, although the staff promptly fulfilled the request.

They were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. One particular staff member, May, was especially kind and even spent time interacting with our daughter. The hotel's tuk tuk service was reliable and convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit the nearby temples. The hotel's restaurant served delicious meals, and we even treated ourselves to a rejuvenating massage. our experience at Anansaya La Maison was exceptional, and we would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

The pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The spacious rooms and good tuktuk service to the city were additional advantages that we enjoyed.

Fortunately, we didn't encounter any negative aspects during our stay. The hotel had recently reopened and any startup issues, like the absence of towel hooks in the bathroom, were being addressed by the manager.
