My recent stay at Coast was fantastic. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I especially loved the spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the downtown area and all its amenities. The staff at the front desk were friendly and always provided great service. I especially appreciated their help in securely storing my bicycle each evening. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a large TV that was perfect for winding down after a long day.

One aspect that I didn't enjoy was the service at the pool bar. On two occasions, the staff forgot my order and left me waiting for quite some time before I could get their attention again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area and the beautiful lakefront, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and enjoy the scenic views. I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location on a boulevard made it convenient for me to explore the surrounding area. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a spacious sitting area. I also enjoyed the variety of dining options available, from the delicious restaurant buffet to the cozy bar/lounge area. The on-site spa and wellness centre provided a perfect opportunity for relaxation, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing treat. The free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were also greatly appreciated.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. Lindsay at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate us by allowing early check-in so we could get ready for a wedding. Sam assisted us when we got lost and helped us find our room. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and had a great view of the pool. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we could enjoy sitting on the balcony. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect for walking to nearby amenities.

coast capri hotel in kelowna completely exceeded expectations. the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and updated. the huge pool and comfortable beds were a highlight. highly recommended for anyone visiting kelowna.

We were on our way to Osyooos and just found this place last minute. Turned out to be really great and exactly what we needed after a long drive. We decide to stay at another Coast brand cause we thought it great value. Bed was super comfortable. Very clean. Nice balcony with pool view. Staff very helpful. Great Starbucks coffee. Pool closed a bit early but it was an outdoor one. They let us have a late checkout so we could enjoy the facilities in the morning. Breakfast was included and they bring it to your room. The hotel is close to heart of downtown, and is situated in a very easy spot to get in & out of. Rooms quite well noise insulated, didn't hear much from the roads during the night. Breakfast room was bright, cheery, opened to fresh air, and had a good assortment of hot and cold foods. The in-room amenities were good, I especially liked having the "Nature Sounds" button on the clock radio - unique and relaxing.

Strongly recommend this hotel.
