We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right downtown and within easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, and coffee shops. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel had good security with card access required for entry. The staff were friendly and the lobby and outside areas were well-maintained. We felt safe and enjoyed the added touches like blackout curtains and a mini fridge.

During our city break, we found two complementary facts offered by the hotel to be a key advantage. The location was great as we were able to easily walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. the bed was very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep.

We had a few issues with the staff during our stay. When we asked the staff about the internet, they gave us a number to call which we didn't think was our responsibility since we were on a holiday.
