I had a late flight arrival and was disappointed to find that all the services in the hotel were closed. It would have been great if the lounge had extended hours, allowing guests to relax and grab a drink after a long flight. However, I understand that this is not a complaint, just a suggestion for improvement.

Despite the minor inconvenience with the closed services, the staff are to be commended for their excellent service. They are friendly, helpful, and made sure my stay was enjoyable.

The room was clean, nice, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bath tub had a jacuzzi. Free shuttle service was fantastic. Staff ensured an early morning airport trip without us asking. In-house restaurant was great. Convenient location just off the highway. Friendly staff greeted us warmly.

The convenience of the restaurant, decent food, great service, spacious rooms with a fridge and desk. The jacuzzi in the bath tub was a nice touch. The pillows in the room were comfortable. Excellent for traveling with pets, clean pet rooms and no carpet. Staff made us feel comfortable with our furry friends and even had an outside kennel for them to run free.

The shower had great pressure and even had a steam option. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The Sunday brunch was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

This hotel was a great spot for our city trip. Its location was perfect for us as it was very close to the airport, making it easy to get in and out of the city. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds which made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. Plus, the on-site restaurant had excellent food and outstanding staff who were quick to offer valuable recommendations.

The train noise from the rooms facing its side, which may disturb light sleepers. We had no issues, but they did offer a solution of asking for a room on the opposite side.

The value for money was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, being close to the airport and having its own shuttle service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the personalized touches for Valentine's Day.
