We had a truly delightful stay at this charming hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even bringing an extra refrigerator for our wedding cake. The historical building and beautiful lobby added to the magic of our experience. The a la carte breakfast was delicious, particularly the eggs Benedict. The hotel's location, overlooking the river and close to shopping, was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay was simply amazing! The central location made it easy for us to enjoy all the attractions, best restaurants, and shops nearby. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view and a clean bathroom. The service was outstanding, every staff member made us feel like VIP guests. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the view from the restaurant was stellar. We also enjoyed facilities such as the lounge area and coffee shop on the premise.

The hotel seemed to attract a lot of visitors who were not hotel guests and made it hard to fully appreciate the grandness of the place.

This place is perfectly centrally located in the tourist area with an excellent view overlooking the river. The staff provided superior service to me, making me feel welcome right from the front door. The hotel offers a great variety of options, from room service to spa treatments to fitness centre. My room was soundproofed, with a separate tub and shower, and included free toiletries along with a tea and coffee facilities. The in-room breakfast and restaurant were excellent as was the coffee shop.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the middle of the Old Town, high on the hill overlooking the river. The location is unbeatable for exploring the tourist area and enjoying the stunning views. The rooms are well-appointed with lovely amenities, including access to the Gold Lounge and a tub that fills up quickly. The inclusion of breakfast is a great bonus, especially when you can enjoy it with a view of the river.

Our stay at Fairmont was fantastic! We were in Quebec City for a romantic getaway and stayed for two nights. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They upgraded our room to one with two queen size beds at no extra charge. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of the river. The amenities like valet parking and a lovely pool added to our enjoyment. The proximity to the charming old town was a definite plus. Stunning historic property, topped the most photographed list. Our junior suite was a small French apartment adorned with beautiful decor. Fast room service and housekeeping kept our room immaculate. A fantastic experience altogether.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness center, sauna, and jacuzzi, were exceptional. The massage and body treatments were some of the best I have ever had and left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The restaurant had a diverse menu and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location was also advantageous, with easy access to nearby shops and attractions.

The only negative aspect I encountered during my stay was the overcrowding in some parts of the hotel, particularly the lobby and outdoor areas. However, the exclusive facilities and private amenities more than made up for this minor inconvenience.
