Had a great Xmas experience during my stay. Enjoyed the complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the cozy lobby with a lovely fireplace. The hotel location is perfect, close to plenty of restaurants and shopping centers. The room was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the city.

The noise level in the hallway during the evening was noticeable and some guests were unaware of the noise they were making. , the bathroom needed some renovations as the shower looked outdated and had some mold in the corners.
