I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for my work and downtime needs. The location was super convenient, close to shopping and restaurants, making it easy to get everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could use a little improvement, especially the pick-up option for guests who don't want to dine in the restaurant. It came in a cardboard box and was a bit soggy, with the toast being unbuttered.

The complimentary hot chocolate and candy canes at reception were a nice touch, and the location right next to the mall made last-minute Xmas shopping a breeze. The room was also very cozy and had a nice Christmas feel.

The selection was very limited and the pastries were stale. the staff seemed to be overwhelmed and not attentive to guests' needs.
