The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for tall people with the shower heads being at a good height. The hotel's location was convenient, close to amenities and our venue. The staff was friendly and professional, able to communicate in both French and English.

We felt well taken care of and had no complaints whatsoever.

The housekeeping team was pleasant and the supervisor was especially nice. the hotel's location near the outlet mall was a major convenience for shopping enthusiasts like me. There were a few issues that affected my experience. the inconsistent continental breakfast hours were a disappointment as I ended up missing it entirely.

While our stay was overall very enjoyable, there were a couple of things that we didn't love so much. First and foremost, the swimming pool was quite overcrowded, making it difficult for us to relax and enjoy ourselves fully.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is close to various restaurants for breakfast and also near outlets, shows, and a mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. The pool was also a nice facility to have access to during our stay.

The hotel had poor soundproofing, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep with people standing outside guest rooms being heard all hours of the night.
