Our stay at Panamericano was great. The location was excellent, with two nearby metro stations and convenient amenities like pharmacies and minimarkets. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the rooms were spacious, quiet, and equipped with modern amenities like LED TVs and air conditioning. The breakfast provided was satisfying, and we even had the option to pay in dollars and save on local taxes.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the small Precolombiano museum, making it easy to explore the city's rich history. It is also close to many interesting sights and most tourist attractions can be reached by foot. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a climate window. The breakfast offers a good variety, including tasty croissants, ham, white cheese, and orange juice. Additionally, there is a supermarket nearby where guests can find everything they need.

The hotel staff should improve their language skills to provide better service to international guests.

I had a fantastic stay in Santiago at a hotel that was just in the center of town. The location was perfect for business and leisure travelers, as it was right in the middle of the pedestrian area. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff took great care to make sure all of my basic needs were met. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed and fantastic Chilean sparkling wine that was right in my bedroom. Breakfast was also included, which was a great bonus.

All in all, this hotel was great, and there was nothing that needed improving.

They were also able to assist us in organizing our travel arrangements on very short notice. Their knowledge and proficiency in English made our experience even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it allowed us easy access to all the attractions in the city center. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast provided was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bottles of wine in our room. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
