The breakfast was also great, offering a variety of Tianjin traditional food options. We can't forget to mention the staff, who were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, such as surprising us with a cake to celebrate our anniversary.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked the fact that they offered a free ticket to a nearby museum, which was a great way to spend the holiday. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the soft bed, which provided a comfortable night's sleep.

There were several negative aspects to my experience. the door in my room was broken and it locked us inside, causing us to wait for it to be fixed.

The hotel was splendid and fulfilled our luxurious needs. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities and the private facilities, which were classy and well-maintained. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and served delicious food. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel valued and satisfied.
