The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing, with a great shower area and bathtub. The location was ideal, only a short walk to the US Embassy. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they even prepared a baby cot for our son. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide selection of both Western and Chinese cuisine. The hotel also had two restaurants and a Starbucks in the lobby. We were able to make a reservation at Da Dong through the hotel, which was a great experience. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was great. The location was perfect for my visit to the US Embassy, and there was a Punjabi Indian restaurant just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel's on-site restaurant, Bistro, served excellent pizza and had a delicious breakfast buffet. The concierge efficiently arranged a large mini van for my big family to Beijing West Railway station. The staff were nice and even made a reservation for us at Da Dong. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was always clean with complimentary tea and coffee refills. The hotel lounge was a great place to meet and enjoy live music.

The service at this hotel was absolutely superb! From the moment I checked in, the staff ensured a perfect stay. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff at the executive lounge provided the finest customer service. The breakfast buffet was superb with fresh and plentiful selections. The hotel was conveniently located close to the metro stop, embassies, bus stops, and numerous restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. Besides that, the hotel offered a great perk in the form of evening appetizers and a wide selection of drinks until 10:30pm - absolutely worth it!

The air conditioning in the room was a major issue. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable, despite our pleas to open a window and the provision of a fan.

The bar had live music, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. The airport transfer was smooth and efficient. I look forward to trying the spa and other restaurants during my next visit.
