It was within walking distance to the West Lake and the Hangzhou Dong Train station. There were also many restaurants in the area. Additionally, the staff was very helpful and assisted me with booking flights and solving a problem with a lost mobile phone. The room was comfortable and clean, and I enjoyed both the delicious breakfast and the relaxing swimming pool.
