The hotel room had a trendy and stylish design, with a glass wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom. The open concept shower was a unique touch and the waterfall shower head was amazing. The motorized blackout screens on the windows were convenient and allowed for a good night's sleep. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby.

The room was a bit small and lacked proper ventilation, making it steamy and stuffy after taking a shower. The lighting system was strange, with no separate controls for the bathroom lights.

Amazing modern hotel with a fantastic rooftop bar. The rooms have a great layout and design with excellent showers. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and the pool and gym are top-notch. The rooftop Sugar bar offers fantastic drinks, views, and music. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were upgraded to a gorgeous harbor view room and received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine for our celebration. The suite was spacious and stylishly designed, with a swinging chair that added a unique touch. The rooftop bar, Sugar, offered a stunning view of the harbor and served an amazing breakfast. The housekeeping team took great care of us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and modern amenities.

I recently stayed at East for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's modern and trendy design was just my style. The spacious room offered breathtaking views of the harbor and came with high-quality Elemis toiletries. I appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to Soho and IFC via a short cab ride or the nearby Tai Koo MTR station. Plus, being connected to Citiplaza was a huge bonus, with plenty of shopping and dining options at my fingertips.

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station, mall, and city park. The WiFi signal was strong, making it easy to work.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel had great facilities, including a modern and clean room with a magnificent floor-to-ceiling window that let in plenty of sunlight. The hotel staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient, as it was literally right next to the metro station. It was also close to the old Kai Tak runway and just a short distance from the city center.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! The rooms were clean and spacious with a modern design. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping complex nearby. Plus, the hotel had a beautiful waterfront view that we enjoyed during our stay.

The only downside was the hotel policy of closing the pool during a thunderstorm warning, even if the weather was fine. While I understand it's for safety reasons, it would have been nice to have the pool available on sunny days.

The view from the room is breathtaking, with a stunning harbor view. The hotel is conveniently located right on top of the train station, making it easy to get around. The room is well equipped with cables, adaptors, Apple TV, and a mobile handset that can be taken as a hotspot device. It's a thoughtful and convenient touch.

Perfect view and a refreshing swimming pool. I was delighted with the corner view room I stayed in and the location was convenient, being close to a large shopping mall and the Taikoo Shing MTR station. Despite the chillier weather, I enjoyed my stay.
