The hotel had a beautiful glass pyramid structure and a luxury mall on the lower levels. The rooms were well-designed with all the modern amenities, including a brand new Dyson hairdryer. The staff, especially Katrina, were friendly and helpful.

There was no pool available at the hotel, which was a disappointment. Additionally, the hotel lacked a variety of food options, which was a downside.

The art collection in the hotel was truly incredible, with a wide range of stunning pieces to admire. I loved walking around and exploring the different artworks on display.

They were of low quality and not up to the standards I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, there were no hand towels available, which was inconvenient.

The Hotel Eclat in Beijing exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like a VIP. The hotel is located in an amazing shopping center, with a wide range of stores to explore. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the beautiful sculptures and paintings displayed throughout the property. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

We had a fantastic New Year experience at this hotel. The turndown service was a great touch, and we loved the foam and firm pillows provided. The massage chair in the room was a wonderful addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the breakfast lounge were attentive, polite, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel's key location near a shopping mall made it convenient for us to explore and shop. Additionally, the hotel's interesting art collection added a unique touch to our stay.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of negative aspects. the lack of spoken English by the hotel staff made communication difficult at times.
