I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and created a magical atmosphere. The fitness center had a great gym, and the swimming pool was clean and warm. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious local food. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend Felton Grand Hotel.

Many of the staff members at the hotel struggled to speak English, which was unexpected for an international hotel. This led to some confusion, such as receiving a meal we didn't order and not being able to book a spa appointment as we had anticipated.

Quiet island location, helpful staff, good value for money, clean rooms, convenient parking, modern and comfortable.

This hotel provided me with luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The spa and sauna were incredible, and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. The massage in the treatment room was rejuvenating, and the steam room invigorating. The bar and restaurant were excellent, and the staff provided outstanding service.

There was a minor issue with communication, as some of the staff were not fluent in English. However, this did not affect the overall quality of my stay.

There were some language barriers with the staff as only a few could speak English. This led to some confusion regarding meal orders and spa reservations.
