The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the metro station which made getting around the city very easy. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. One of the best things about the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answer any questions we had.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing as there wasn't a huge selection of food and the coffee machine often had a long queue. there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel for evening meals, so we had to venture out into the local area which could be challenging due to the language barrier.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay at Hampton By Hilton Guangzhou Zhujiang New Town. When I needed a car, Yuki graciously used her personal "UBER" account to arrange a ride for me. Additionally, another staff member went out of their way to hail a taxi for me. Their level of service exceeded my expectations.

The staff here were incredibly kind and accommodating, from the helpful receptionists to the attentive concierge. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a modern and large bathroom. The comfortable bed and linen provided enhanced comfort and ensured a restful sleep. The room was also spotlessly clean, giving us a sense of luxury and tranquility.
