Fabulous river view, beautiful sunrise, stunning city lights at night, genuinely interested staff, perfect location near uncrowded subway.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel had a great view and was in a prime location next to the river. The room was spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds. The gym was equipped with modern machines.

The service was poor and not up to par with a nice hotel. The staff seemed uninterested and disengaged, without any service mindset.

We had a luxurious and peaceful stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities met all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was phenomenal and the indoor swimming pool had a great layout. The spa lounge was a relaxing surprise and we even enjoyed the BBQ facilities there. The room advantages, including an in-room breakfast and private facilities, exceeded our expectations. The restaurant had great food options and bar/lounge area was nice for drinks in the evening.

That the location was not very convenient for exploring the city and tourist attractions were a bit far. However, with the excellent service and luxurious facilities in this hotel, we didn't mind spending most of our time here.

The rooms were modern and spacious, with great lighting and stylish decor. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options to choose from. I particularly loved the lounge, which provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities were impressive, including a well-equipped working desk in the room.

That some staff members had difficulties understanding English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
