We had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel. The luxurious amenities here exceed our expectations, especially the private facilities in the room. The room's relaxing ambiance and well-equipped modern fixtures provide an atmosphere of comfort and exclusivity. The bar/lounge area was impressive and relaxing as well, and the service exceeded expectations. The location of the hotel is ideal with its proximity to the city center.

During our stay, we only had one minor issue with the hotel which is the limited breakfast options. Though the breakfast offered a decent variety of choices, it lacked dishes catered to international tourists.

The rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station and the old street, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, including some western options.

The hotel staff were not very friendly or helpful, especially when we had issues with our room. The heating in our room was not working properly, making it very cold during the winter nights.
