The luxurious amenities and impeccable service at this hotel are truly impressive. The spa and wellness center is a hidden gem that we highly recommend - the sauna and heated swimming pool are a must-try. The stunning garden area is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The in-room breakfast with its special diet menus is a delicious and convenient way to start the day.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the packed lunches - they were a bit lackluster compared to the rest of the exceptional food and beverage options at this venue. Nonetheless, this did not detract from the overall positive experience.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The room service staff was polite and quick to respond to our requests. The location was close to a variety of restaurants and shops. The breakfast had a good selection of both local and western dishes. We appreciated the complimentary champagne upon arrival.

The room was not as clean as we expected, there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom. The minibar was not included, and everything in it was very expensive. The air conditioning was not working correctly, and it was either too cold or too hot in the room. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and we had trouble connecting to it. The staff at the reception was occasionally unprofessional and not very helpful. We had problems with the bill at check-out and waited for a long time to resolve it.

Received excellent service during my stay at Hyatt Regency. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The rooms were modern and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel.
