The hotel provided unexpected continental breakfast with mini croissants, scones, another bread type thing, butters, jam, honey. Additionally, they had self-service laundry facilities available. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel offered a light breakfast on the 5th floor, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and nightlife. Plus, Times Square and a fantastic bar/restaurant were just a short walk away.

One of the downsides was that our original room on the 21st floor was much smaller than expected, and the setup with a shared common lobby was not specified when we booked. Lack of privacy was a concern.
