This hotel is a great choice for a solo female traveler like me. The location is easily accessible from the train station via metro, making it convenient to reach. I enjoyed strolling by the riverside in the mornings and evenings, taking in the beautiful view. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of Chinese flavors, including the best noodle dish I've had at a hotel. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a spa and a Club Lounge.

Communication can be a bit challenging, as not all staff members speak English fluently.

The breakfast was fantastic and included a wide range of tasty options. The hotel's location was great with easy access to public transportation and stunning river views. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to offer suggestions and help with any queries.

The room was not up to my standards in terms of hygiene. The bathroom was dirty and full of mold, which made my stay uncomfortable.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for us. The hotel's location was also a plus, offering easy access to the subway and allowing us to explore the city conveniently. Additionally, the river views from the hotel were stunning, adding to the overall charm of our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that impacted our experience. the hotel was located in a quiet area with no nearby shops or restaurants.

Incredible staff!

During my recent stay at Intercontinental, I had an issue with my phone and couldn't make any calls. I was worried and didn't understand what to do. But the amazing front desk staff, Rachel, went above and beyond to help me. She took the initiative to contact the customer service center and recharge my phone bill. Her care and dedication to guests like me were truly moving. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality.

Here, we experienced a truly luxurious stay with exclusive amenities such as a well-maintained indoor swimming pool, sauna and spa & wellness centre. The leisure and TV room was delightful, and the restaurant served delicious food. The room was spacious, well-appointed with private facilities and had a beautiful view of the river.

One minor issue was that the location did not have shops within proximity to buy snacks or fruits. Despite this, there was nothing to complain about the service we received from the hotel staff, who were friendly and helpful.
