We had a fantastic time at Intercontinental Sanya Resort. The property is beautiful with its many pools and gardens. Our Club Room was excellent, with a private plunge pool. The Club Lounge was a highlight, offering delicious breakfasts and made-to-order dishes. The staff, especially Evan and Chef Jacky, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. we highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had a great time at the Intercontinental in Sanya. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-serviced. The staff, both Chinese and Nepalese/Indian, were friendly and always ready to help. We particularly enjoyed the Club Lounge access, where the breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening food provided us with delicious meals. The club pool was also a lovely place to relax. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the beds being slightly uncomfortable and the limited number of sunbeds on the beach, we would still recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The hotel design is impressive with lots of clean and spacious areas. The Club King room provided free access and drinks in restaurants and bars. The service was excellent and the staff spoke English, which was a huge plus.

The restaurant offered delectable cuisine and the private facilities in my room were exquisite.

The only minor downside I encountered was a delay in service at the bar/lounge area, but this was quickly resolved by the accommodating staff. my stay at this venue was truly unforgettable, as it provided exclusive amenities and exceptional service.
