The rooms are spacious with a big bath tub and TV in the bathroom. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for both kids and adults, with plenty of covered seating areas. The club package offers great perks, including daily afternoon tea and evening nibbles. The staff, especially Sam and Maria, are incredibly helpful and attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being tidied twice a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a club with great amenities and a relaxing spa. The location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby subway station and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the subway station and there's a mall below where I could easily find places to eat. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staffs were always friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the service was excellent. the hotel provided a fantastic experience.

It was quite small and didn't come with the usual accompaniments like cheese and nuts.

I had an incredible experience at The Langham in Shenzhen. The executive room was perfect, and I loved the Afternoon Tea, evening cocktails, and breakfast. The staff provided impeccable service, from check-in to check-out. As a club member, I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade. The singer in the bar was amazing, and the bellman went above and beyond by assisting us with the parking. The club lounge was absolutely incredible, with a beautiful ambiance and delicious cocktails. The rooms were clean, bright, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I had a wonderful weekend and will definitely be returning. The Langham's club lounge is a must-visit.

I travel to China every 3 months for business, and The Langham is by far the best 5-star hotel I've stayed in. The staff speaks English and provides excellent Western service. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel has a great atmosphere, perfect for frequent travelers like me. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips in Shenzhen.

We had a fantastic stay at The Langham! The room was comfortable and cozy, with a fantastic bed and amenities. From check-in to checkout, the staff provided great service and were very friendly and attentive. We were impressed with the staff's proper English skills, as well as their attention to detail, such as leaving treats and a rose in the room. The view from our room was beautiful, and we enjoyed spending time at the great swimming pool and jacuzzi. The hotel's location near the mall and metro station was also a plus.
