The 24th floor club manager, Yuki, went above and beyond. Attention to detail is impeccable, from the signature scent to the luxurious amenities. Staff, including Aly, Titan, and Cheryl, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet on the 4th floor was outstanding. a remarkable experience.

During our stay at Mandarin Oriental, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The front desk staff, especially Zaira, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even provided us with a workspace when our office was unavailable due to a fire. The entire team was polite and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was amazing and stood out among others in the area. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and luxurious accommodations.

The hotel was luxurious with exclusive amenities and top-notch service. The spa and wellness centre was amazing, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. The in-room breakfast was exquisite, and the poolside snack bar had tasty options. The location was convenient for exploring the city on foot.

The outdoor swimming pool was too small for a hotel of this caliber.

Great location in the city center, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Complimentary Wi-Fi in the lobby and the rooms with a strong and reliable signal was highly appreciated. The pool area was relaxing, providing an oasis in the city, and the complimentary towels were of high quality.

The staff was not welcoming upon arrival, making us feel unwelcome. Cleanliness was also an issue as we found a few hairs in the bathroom and overall, the room did not look well-maintained.
