This hotel's service is impeccable, fulfilling all of our luxurious needs. The Spa & wellness centre provided wonderful massages and the restaurant served delicious in-room breakfasts. The bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. The exclusive room advantages included a TV leisure room and private facilities. Location was convenient, situated near Jinan West Train Station.

The central air conditioning in the room didn't meet our expectations, making it uncomfortable in warm weather. However, opening the windows helped, despite the street noise.
