We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The hotel rooms were our favorite, with spacious and elegant decor and beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff were wonderful and added to the hotel's appeal, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, connected to a shopping center and just steps away from other great boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The hotel also arranged transportation for us, making our sightseeing itinerary convenient and hassle-free.

Wonderful Stay

I had such a wonderful stay at Niccolo! The location was excellent, with great local restaurants nearby. The housekeeping staff were attentive and kept the room clean. The concierge was friendly and efficient, providing helpful recommendations. I especially loved the delicious local food at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. it was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. I will definitely come back!

A Surprising Gem

I struggled to find a suitable place to stay in Chengdu when looking online. But Niccolo exceeded all my expectations. The large suite I booked had breathtaking 20th-floor views in three directions, perfect for me and my family with two young kids. The room service food was also exceptional. The hotel's convenient location connected to a major mall, complete with an ice skating rink, made exploring the city a breeze. And to my surprise, they even had a well-equipped kids club, where my children had a blast. I had a wonderful stay at Niccolo and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel lobby staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are many luxury stores nearby and a shopping mall downstairs.

The environmental policy was not properly enforced, and housekeeping still changed towels every day despite the option to conserve water. The drainage in the shower was not designed well.
