I recently stayed at Park Hyatt in Beijing for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the park. The pool and jacuzzis were a great way to relax, especially during the cold weather. The Benedict eggs served at breakfast were delicious. The hotel's location in the CBD was convenient, with a metro exit directly in the basement. The staff was incredibly helpful, from the friendly restaurant manager to the receptionists who assisted us in buying tickets for the forbidden city. The rooms were stylish and well-equipped, with a luxurious bathroom. The hotel provided excellent coffee and tea in the room.

The jacuzzi in the pool area had a thick layer of green scum around the edge, which was unpleasant when it wiped onto my back. The elevator system took some extra time to get to the ground floor since you need to switch elevators at a certain floor.
