My recent stay at Pullman was exceptional. The hotel shuttle service, with drivers Mike and Mr. Wong, made transportation convenient and enjoyable. The bar workers, Alma and Shirley, were always smiling and created a welcoming atmosphere. The Manager, Edward, promptly addressed my request for a cooler room and found a comfortable alternative. Romane, the breakfast buffet host, added a warm touch to my mornings. I had a delightful experience and look forward to returning in the future.

Spent Christmas at a hotel located in a lively neighborhood with many food options. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the warm atmosphere of the hotel. the breakfast included a diverse assortment of local and international cuisine.

The dinner served at the hotel restaurant was not up to par. the service was slow and we had to wait a long time for our meal.

We enjoyed the luxurious amenities, like the indoor swimming pool and the relaxing sauna. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great selection of wines. We were also pleased with our room, which was modern and spacious, with exclusive room advantages like a plush bed and a private balcony with stunning views of the city.

The spa and wellness centre could have been a bit cleaner. Although the sauna was lovely, the changing rooms were in need of some attention.
