We were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the executive floor, which had a lovely surprise decor and desserts. The spacious room, though slightly dated, was impeccably clean with meticulous attention to detail. The staff, though young, were sincere and went above and beyond to help us with transportation. Excellent value for money!

The luxurious amenities offered at this hotel were exceptional, exceeding our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with exclusive features, giving a sense of comfort and sophistication. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room at the spa & wellness centre. The staff provided an excellent service, as they were attentive to our needs. The restaurant offered a variety of dishes to choose from, and the food served was of high quality. Lastly, the bar/lounge area had a great ambiance with a wide selection of drinks.

The only minor issue we encountered was the location. Although the hotel had a private shuttle service, the location was not ideal for leisure travelers who seek to explore the city's attractions.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the hotel had a nice looking lobby. , the fact that the hotel is located near the river and the boardwalk is a plus.

The facilities were not up to par. The pool and spa were closed without any prior notice, which was extremely disappointing.
