Incredible comfort in a luxurious suite with an espresso machine and foot massage machine. Our young daughter was greeted with a lovely doll upon check-in. The location was perfect, near shopping centers, hot-pot restaurants, and easily accessible to popular attractions. The highlight was the amazing bathroom with a stunning window view at night. highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about at all.

Great breakfast with a variety of choices including local cuisine, the pool is clean and the gym is well-equipped. The hotel is located near a shopping mall and restaurants. The room is spacious and has a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

During my New Year stay, the hotel was understaffed which resulted in long waiting times for service and lack of cleanliness in public areas. The air conditioning in the room was not functioning correctly which made the stay uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at the Rhombus Park Aura in Chengdu for a short business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, being in the heart of the shopping district and within walking distance to the pedestrian street. The room itself was in great condition, with a spacious layout and convenient features like a walk-in closet and window screens. Additionally, the hotel had a wonderful breakfast spread and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Excellent service from Amy, who helped resolve issues and even upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with a city view. Pleasant surprises like a welcome stuffed toy gift and warm soup provided by Amy during our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms with a spacious walking closet and window screen. Perfect location in the center of the shopping district and within walking distance to Nanjing Pedestrian Street.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel was a luxurious and satisfying stay for me. The exclusive amenities were top-quality, including the on-site spa lounge and sauna. The massage services offered were exceptional, with a full body massage leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The leisure/TV room were a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby attractions. The location advantages were evident with many restaurants and sights within walking distance from the hotel.

I did experience a minor issue with the breakfast. Although the restaurant offered a variety of food choices, the quality of the dishes did not meet my high expectations for a 5-star hotel.
