We loved our stay at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding - the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself was stunning, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, with a great variety of options. We especially loved the on-the-spot machine-extracted orange juice and the cooking station for congee. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the personalized service, with the staff addressing us by name. The location of the hotel was also great, with many nice places to visit nearby.

The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring Pearl River New City on foot. The breakfast, although it could have had more choices, was enjoyable. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The service is outstanding, from the minute you walk through the front door. Luxurious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Excellent location in the heart of the city. The general manager personally greeted us and remembered our names. Dennis at check-in was accommodating and surprised us with birthday decorations and cake. The room service was timely, and the staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent. The spa was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was enormous.

During my recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou, I was impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. The chief personally attended to our needs and even anticipated our demands. He went above and beyond by preparing a pumpkin soup for my wife, even though it wasn't on the menu. The food at the hotel was exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another culinary experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its world-class service.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the center of the state-of-the-art city. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, with large, well-equipped rooms providing high comfort. The location in the new town area next to the IFC building was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the metro. We especially enjoyed our premium room facing the river, offering the best view of the pearl tower. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and there were other restaurant options available as well, including a 1 * Michelin restaurant. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to help and make our stay enjoyable.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Guangzhou for a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located near the Guangzhou Opera House and is in a well-served area. The room had a fantastic view of the river and the Guangzhou Tower. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and elegantly furnished, providing a clean and warm environment. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the Canton Fair, which was a great convenience. my stay at The Ritz-Carlton was excellent and I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton. The room was spotless and luxurious, with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel staff were efficient and result-driven, especially Rico who helped me get an extra bed. The Christmas display and little extras provided for guests during the holiday season were impressive. Breakfast had a good selection, although some Western options were limited. it was a superlative experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
