We stayed at Sofitel for a few nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and international pay-tv. The view from the 41st floor was lovely, even though the weather wasn't great. The service was excellent, with a gym, swimming pool, and spa available. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, from finding a lost package to sending something out urgently while we were away. 10 out of 10 for staff service. Plus, it's one of the few hotels in Nanjing that welcomes foreigners.

A Warm Welcome

I recently stayed at a hotel in Nanjing and had a memorable experience. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel special, just like Mr. Moses did for a honeymoon couple in a previous review. They had prepared a beautiful room for me, complete with flowers, fruit, and hand-written cards. I was truly touched by their attention to detail and hospitality. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff, especially the front desk, continued to provide exceptional service. I had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Location and service were the best aspects of my stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located for my business trip and had easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. They even remembered my preferences and made sure I had a great experience.

On the downside, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The internet was unreliable and slow, which made it difficult for me to work efficiently.
