I had a fantastic stay at a luxurious hotel with a perfect location near the beautiful West Lake. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Anna, who upgraded us to a junior suite for our anniversary. The room was comfortable and tastefully designed. The concierge provided helpful suggestions for dining and sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sofitel Hangzhou. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to Westlake. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They even remembered it was my birthday and surprised me with a birthday cake. The front desk staff was accommodating and promptly delivered an iphone charger to our room upon request. The concierge was also very helpful. I highly recommend Sofitel Hangzhou for a great experience.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to West Lake, and the staff treated us like VIPs.

Food for breakfast could have been served faster.

The rooms were very pleasant and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and quality linens. The bathroom was of high standard with quality fittings and had both a bath and a separate shower. The hotel had a good location, being centrally located and close to the West Lake area.

The bathroom was a bit tight, with the door swinging into the small floor area. Some of the waiters at lunch and dinner in the Chinese food restaurant did not seem to know how to look after customers.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our romantic escape. It was just a short walk from the beautiful Westlake, where we enjoyed relaxing strolls and breathtaking views. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near various food places, including highly rated restaurants and cafes. We loved being able to explore the local culinary scene.

While the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, the quality of the food was subpar. The Western dishes we ordered were oily and lacked variety.

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to the beautiful West Lake, the city, and public transport. Highly recommended for backpackers.

We also enjoyed the convenience of the business center and pool, which we had all to ourselves. The bar had a great band and served excellent gin and tonics. The concierge was knowledgeable and helped us find the best shopping street. we didn't want to leave!

The Illy espresso machine in our room was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed waking up to a perfectly brewed cup of coffee every morning. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to malls and the beautiful Westlake.

The staff at Sofitel Hangzhou went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. When our table was too small for our food, they quickly found us a larger one. Additionally, the temperature of our water and wine was perfect and the wine was of excellent quality. Despite a small hiccup with the food , we enjoyed our overall experience.
