As young people, we loved the free shuttle and convenient location to explore the Cotai Strip. The entertainment vouchers and VR experience were a bonus. The room was gorgeous, with a comfy bed, big TV, and plenty of storage space. The amenities provided were excellent, including robes and a variety of toiletries. The shower area was spacious with good water pressure. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the gym and pool facilities were fantastic.

Great amenities and value for money. the hotel facilities were well equipped and offered multiple options for entertainment. the location was convenient and easily accessible via public transportation. the complimentary shuttle service was a nice touch and saved me time and money during my business trip.

The food options were mediocre and limited in variety. One of the elevators was out of service during my stay which caused delays and inconvenience.

I had an incredible time at Studio City. The highlight of my stay was the complimentary passes to Batman - a 4D short movie and the unique cable car ride between the towers. The room was spacious with a stunning floor-to-ceiling window view. The hotel's grand cinema entrance gave a luxurious feel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable stay, wished for more time for pool. Delicious birthday cake delivered, buffet breakfast recommended. Easy to walk between hotels, buses available. Convenient bag storage. Impressive design, friendly staff, clean rooms. Fantastic view, love the bathroom.

Luxurious and Exclusive Amenities We had a wonderful stay here. the staff were so friendly and attentive. the exclusive amenities, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa center, were all lovely and luxurious. the sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool were also wonderful, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the on, site entertainment and night club were perfect, and our room had private facilities that were exclusive and high, end.

Limited Casual Dining Options the only downside was the limited casual dining options, with only a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. the special diet menus were great, but I wished there was more variety in the restaurant and in, room breakfast options.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with shuttle buses available to most of the key areas. It is also next to The Parisian, allowing for easy access to different sides of the hotel when needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice baths and comfortable beds. The hotel also offers great facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a VR arcade and robots assisting in housekeeping.

The check-in staff seems to be lacking in proper training and can be slow and confused at times.

The shuttle service to the city center was inconvenient and hard to find. The staff at the Chinese restaurant in the casino were quite rude.

the room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We did notice a slight smell of smoke in the first room, but the hotel staff quickly addressed the issue and moved us to a different room. the view from the hotel was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our ride on the golden reel. the bathroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. the buffet lunch offered a wide variety of delicious food options. the staff at the indoor pool were friendly and helpful.
