We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities were outstanding and met all our needs. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, providing ultimate relaxation. The room advantages were exclusive and made our stay even more comfortable. The restaurant served a plentiful breakfast, including European and Chinese dishes. The private facilities were excellent. The location advantages were convenient and ideal for exploring the city.

There was only a minor issue with the service being slow at times. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Superb service by staff, they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even using WeChat for communication. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of Chinese and European dishes, including an unexpected English breakfast. highly recommended!

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spacious rooms and luxurious bathrooms were impressive. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the local train station, which was a huge plus.

The air conditioning system in the room wasn't very effective and made for a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep. the limited English speaking staff made communication a bit difficult at times.
