The style and vibe of the hotel were fantastic, creating a cool and stylish atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the great bars with incredible views. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions. Additionally, we found the bed in our room to be very comfy, allowing us to relax and get a good night's sleep.

There were a few aspects that we were not satisfied with. The staff seemed unresponsive to our requests, such as not addressing our room preference and not providing a late-night menu option for room service.

It was smaller than I expected, and the overall setup felt rather basic and not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, I found the noise level to be quite high, which made it difficult to focus on work or get a good night's sleep.

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and trendy decor in the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was situated on a lively and popular street, making it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, the rooftop bar with its stunning views was a definite highlight of our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our experience. Instead, we were able to see into two other rooms' bathrooms, which was quite off-putting.

The hotel upgraded us to the Grand Bund View room and gave us a warm welcome note with roses, a delicious custard egg tart pie, and a complimentary bottle of wine. The chic decor, great on-site bars, and fantastic views made our stay extra special. The service was top-notch, with managers Eddie and Frank going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We'll definitely be back for another visit!
