I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably clean. The shower room was well-maintained and the bed was great. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast in the "Signature" restaurant. The staff was excellent in all areas, from the front desk to the dining room. Additionally, the hotel's location near a shopping mall made it convenient for me to explore the city.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel in Tianjin, and there were a couple of things I liked about my experience. the beds were quite comfortable which was a relief after a long day of sightseeing. the location of the hotel was great as there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Finally, the view from my room was amazing as I could see the city skyline from my window.

There were a few things that disappointed me during my stay. the staff at check-in were not very friendly or welcoming.

Excellent service and comfortable rooms. The manager personally welcomed me as a Platinum member. The staff at the club lounge, like Koko and Jenny, were incredibly helpful. The heavenly king size bed was a dream to sleep in. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were exceptional, especially Luna and Jenny. Excellent facilities and location. Comfiest bed ever. Great breakfast, gym, and pool.

Additionally, I enjoyed the excellent service provided by the front desk staff, who were polite, customer-centric, and extremely helpful.

The communication at the hotel was a huge problem. I had requested a specific pick-up and drop-off service, but the staff completely misunderstood and caused a lot of confusion and stress.

I was impressed by the luxurious amenities at this hotel. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were top-notch and perfect for relaxation. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating, offering tasty special diet menus. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with exclusive room advantages that made my stay even more comfortable. The location was also great, with private facilities nearby.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the in-room breakfast. Although it was delicious, the menu options were limited.
