This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious facilities and excellent service. The indoor swimming pool and spa center were exceptional, offering a variety of exclusive amenities that fulfilled my every need. The restaurant and bar/lounge area had exceptional catering service with a wide variety of dishes. The location advantage was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near local shopping areas and a variety of local attractions.

The only minor issue I experienced was the language barrier with some of the staff members. However, this was quickly resolved by the friendly and accommodating manager who spoke perfect English.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that had all the amenities of an international 5-star. The location of the hotel was great, being close to many shops and malls. It was convenient to have food outlets and stores nearby. , the room was spacious with modern amenities.

The only downside of my stay was that there was no control over the heating in the room. It was too warm, and there was no way to adjust it.
