During our stay at Zhejiang Business, we were pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable rooms. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining the room and ensuring it was spotless every day. The complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice touch and made it convenient for us to stay connected. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, with the subway station nearby and the beautiful West Lake just a 20-minute walk away. we had a pleasant experience at Zhejiang Business and would recommend it to others.

Although this hotel provided exceptional service, the sauna was somewhat difficult to use, as there were no instructions provided. my stay at this hotel was wonderful and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious experience in Hangzhou.

The hotel is conveniently located near West Lake, which made it easy for us to explore the area and visit nearby attractions. The rooms are nice and clean, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local tours and extending checkout time. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of Chinese and Western dishes.

The hotel only has two non-smoking floors, and smoking is allowed on the other floors.
