When backpacking through this coastal city, I stumbled upon a hotel with a great location - close to the airport and right on the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel had a clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view from the balcony. The facilities, such as the pools, were well-maintained and inviting. The only downside was the lack of variety in the mini mart's products.

The location in the second tower was very modern and the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, exceeded our expectations. The service for room service and housekeeping was top-notch, and we even took advantage of the laundry services provided. The free shuttle service was a nice bonus, and we appreciated the tours/ticket assistance available.

During our stay at Ghl Relax Hotel Costa Azul, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel installations. The food served was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Easter couldn't have been better! The hotel provided a delightful Easter hunt for the kids and an amazing Easter dinner for the whole family.
