There were a few things that I didn't like. the staff was not very accommodating.

The staff were excellent and the place was very clean. The lobby on the 9th floor had a beautiful view of the city. The bar area nearby, particularly 'Stones', had great rock music and live bands on Fridays and Saturdays. The American-style pizza and wings were delicious.
