We had a wonderful stay at Virrey, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They even set up a wake-up call and arranged for a taxi at 4 in the morning to accommodate our early flight. The central location was perfect for our needs and the room was comfortable. Special mention to Luz Gomez, Elio Juarez, Marina , and Milna the hotel's mascot. The customer service here is top-notch and we would definitely choose Virrey again.

Despite the comfortable bed, the noise from the street outside made it difficult to sleep at night. , the breakfast options were limited and repetitive, which made it less than ideal for a longer stay.

The staff was fabulous and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is near the Trans-Millenio line and great restaurants, perfect for exploring the city.

Excellent Service at Late/Early Hours

I arrived at Hotel Bogota Virrey for check-in at midnight and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service. Despite the late hour, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They even set up a wake-up call for my early morning flight and had a taxi waiting for me at 4 in the morning. The level of service at this hotel is truly wonderful. Although I couldn't enjoy breakfast due to my early departure, I have no regrets about choosing this hotel.
