Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and helpful and they even gave us complimentary hot chocolate and gingerbread cookies upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the Christmas markets and festivities. The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi. Another great perk was the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and included a variety of options.

The only downside of this hotel was the noise level outside at night. We had a room facing the street and it could get pretty loud, especially during the holiday season with so many tourists around.

The location of U Zlateho Stromu Prague By Bhg was incredible, right in front of the Charles Bridge and within walking distance of all the major tourist sites. The apartment we stayed in was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. We were able to check in online for our flight using the free computer available to guests. The staff was super friendly and helpful, assisting us with our bags. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.
