The exclusive amenities are impressive - we truly felt pampered and spoiled during our stay. The location also offers stunning views and easy access to the beach.

Our room had a minor issue with the A/C, but the hotel quickly and efficiently solved the problem. The only downside was having to unpack and repack all of our belongings.

The staff at the Faro buffet were very gentlemanly and accommodating. Despite our first room having an A/C issue, the staff provided us with spa credits as compensation. The food and drinks at the resort were excellent, providing a 5-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation.

There was so much variety and everything tasted delicious. What I loved the most was the perfect location of the hotel. It was close to everything I needed, from shopping centers to the beach, which allowed me to make the most of my short stay.

There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, which caused some discomfort. I had to switch rooms, which was a hassle, especially with my 7-month-old baby. However, the staff did offer us some spa credits as an apology, which was a nice gesture. my stay was still a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
